Not far to the north of Nice (France), lies the enclave of Monaco, the home of Prince Rainier III (ruler since 1949), and the grave of Princess Grace Kelly, who tragically dies in a car crash in 1982. Change of the guard at the palace is quite interesting, and so are the streets, shops, the Monte Carlo Casino, and the view of the nice town by the harbour.
